We partnered with a financial services scale-up to transform their culture from directive to growth-oriented. Focusing on leaders transitioning from individual contributors, we conducted surveys, focus groups, and executive sessions to understand their needs and organisational challenges. Our tailored program encompassed coaching, mentoring, strategic planning, problem-solving, and critical thinking delivered over six months across multiple time zones. As a result, the organisation experienced improved engagement scores and bottom-line results, continuing on a trajectory of growth and success.
