We collaborated with a group of leaders to enhance their leadership effectiveness, prompted by low engagement survey results indicating a lack of regular feedback and trust breakdown within teams. Recognising a desire for team harmony leading to avoidance of difficult conversations, we proposed and conducted tailored workshops introducing coaching skills. These workshops empowered leaders to provide both positive and constructive feedback to team members and facilitated open discussions on sensitive topics like intergenerational differences. Leveraging the collective wisdom of the group through skilled facilitation, we not only addressed immediate challenges but also established a model for ongoing leadership development within the company.
